Help Desk Management System (HDMS) launched from 10.1.2014.
Login Screen For HDMS
- Once User has been created in HDMS website Login Usingcept.gov.in
- Enter your Registered HDMS User name and Password.
Main Screen
Main Screen of HDMS website is Employee corner contains many useful Link Meghdoot, Speed Net, E-services, website link and Downloads.
- HDMS Web link was given in Support Link.
- To goto HDMS Main page click on Support Link from your home page.

After Click on Support link it moves to HDMS Home page.

After logging into the CEPT website please click on the Support Menu. The Menus appearing in the subsequent page and its functionality are as follows: | |
i. Home : Self explanatory.
ii. Add Ticket : To register a ticket. Please ensure correct particulars. Please ensure furnishing of all relevant details to avoid any suspension of the ticket by CEPT support team.
iii. Pending Ticket : To view / Remind the pending tickets. In case the tickets are suspended by the CEPT for want of any additional information, please respond to it.
iv. Closed Ticket : To see / reopen the closed tickets. The ticket wise feedback can also be given.
v. Search Ticket : To search a particular ticket. The tickets registered by the user concerned shall only be available for search. The tickets can be searched with the ticket number only.
vi. Feedback : To provide feedback by the user on the application as a whole. Users are encouraged to provide feedbacks.
vii. Back : To go to the main menu of the CEPT website.

Once Ticket was raised using Add ticket, Ticket number has been generated for feature reference.
Using Ticket number you can track the status of ticket.
Once Ticket has been raised
- You can Remind the Ticket if no response was received from CEPT.
- You can Reopen the Ticket if you are not satisfied/ issues in Solution.
- You can provide Feedback for the closed ticket.
